
Sam Rossiter
Having worked within the audiology industry for over 20 years, all within the private independent sector, Sam has a wealth…of knowledge on all aspects of ear care and hearing solutions including clinical care and Ear Health, Tinnitus management and rehabilitation. Sam also keeps up to date with the continually expanding technologies, how they are best applied and configured ensuring they are bespoke to every patient.
As one of the 2 Directors of Imperial Hearing, Sam has helped steer the company from strength to strength to now being one of the most respected Independent brands in the industry. He has been individually recognised and nominated for Audiologist of the year and regularly sits on panels for manufacturers and industry bodies, including over 10 years as a council member and former chairman of leading industry group AIHHP (Association of Independent Hearing Healthcare Professionals).
Sam lives in Cheltenham and runs our Head Office Cheltenham clinic.

Simon Wendland
With a firm background in business development and customer services Simon’s passion for audiology and an…ambition ‘to make a difference’ buying into Cheltenham and Tewkesbury hearing centres was a natural progression for him. Simon has an intimate knowledge of living with a hearing loss and understands fully the challenges faced by those who struggle to come to terms with wearing hearing aids for the first time. His own personal experiences give him a wealth of knowledge on all aspects of ear care and hearing aid solutions. Simon lives in the Forest of Dean with his wife and three children although you can usually find him in our Westbury On Trym, Bristol clinic.

Quan Huynh
Quan started in Audiology back in 2017, having qualified with a Distinction in his Audiology Degree from Aston University.…He has extensive experience of working in both the NHS and the private sector, Quan prefers the private sector where each patient can be given the exemplary aftercare they individually need, having the time to be able to help every patient on each step of their hearing journey to get the most out of the latest hearing aid technology.

Chris Bate-Williams
Having qualified with a 2:1 in Social Work BSc from the University of Gloucestershire, Chris decided he wanted a change in career but to remain within a care profession. Chris has been able to take the many skills gained during his Social Work degree and transfer them to his role in Audiology. Chris completed his Audiology degree at Aston University and qualified with a Distinction in 2020. Chris is passionate about supporting people with their hearing, priding himself on attention to detail and tailored aftercare plans. Chris is based full time at our Cheltenham Clinic. In his spare time, Chris enjoys playing squash and exploring new cities.

Deborah Schofield
Deborah qualified as a hearing aid audiologist and in the removal of wax. Working out of our Leamington clinic,… Deborah can also arrange domiciliary visits for patients who are not able to come in to the centres. Deborah herself has hearing loss and uses hearing aids. This gives her a unique understanding of how patients are feeling and better able to handle any issues that may be encountered during the adjustment to amplification.
Maryanne Santaniello
Maryanne is a fully qualified and experienced audiologist, qualified since 2021. Maryanne currently covers Cowbridge, Newport and Verwood helping and supporting patients with a full range of hearing services as well as wax removal services.
Jack Rogers
Jack qualified as an Audiologist in 2015 from Anglia Ruskin University after previously training as a Hear care Assistant. Jack has used his own personal experiences from his childhood having operations and speech therapy to emphasise the importance of improving quality of life when it comes to hearing. Jack has great enthusiasm researching the most suitable products for each individual patient pathway with quality aftercare being vital to a successful outcome. He is based in Devon with Kingsbridge and in our external location in Totnes.
Peter Lane
Previously working in optics and also as an audio engineer, it made sense to Peter to become an Audiologist after seeing the profound effect it could have on people’s quality of life. Beginning in 2017 and since qualifying with a Master’s degree from University College London, Peter has experience in both NHS and private practice and has worked in diagnostics/rehabilitation for hearing loss, tinnitus and balance. Now working out of Christchurch and Poole clinics, Peter offers both tailor-made hearing rehab using the OHP (Optimised Hearing Pathway) and ear wax removal, taking great pleasure in helping people get the most out of life with their unique hearing journey.
Penny Robinson
Penny is a qualified ear wax removal technician following a career of over 30 years in the medical profession.… “As a medical professional it gives me great pleasure to restore a client’s hearing and feeling of wellbeing.” Penny is based at our clinics in Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, Kingsway Gloucester, Cirencester and Swindon.
Cheryl Green
Cheryl works as a Hearing Care Assistant out of our Poundbury Clinic and has been in the industry for over 20 years. She qualified as a HCA in November 2014 enabling her to test a client’s hearing, fit hearing aids, carry out fine tune/adjustments, take impressions and undertake otoscopy. Cheryl has always maintained that ‘exceptional’ aftercare is crucial and feels one of the most important roles of her job is her involvement with the client and building a personal rapport with them.
Heather Bridgen
Heather is a qualified ear wax removal technician. Following a career spanning 34 years within hospitals and…primary care settings, Heather is taking up residency in our Chipping Sodbury clinic. Fully qualified in all aspects of ear wax removal, Heather is passionate about giving high-quality care and personal service treating the whole person not just the problem at hand. Henry Turner-Ward
Henry has worked as an Earwax Technician and currently practices as a Hearing Care Assistant while he is an undergraduate…Hearing Aid Dispenser- he is due to qualify in Summer 2025. Henry graduated with a BSc Hons in Music and Sound Production in 2022 and throughout his studies he worked exclusively in the audiological sector. He actively seeks to investigate ways to optimise and improve his approach by researching and interacting with colleagues. Henry is an eager and determined worker. He continues to develop his daily practice as an accomplished earwax technician (and HCA) he seeks to continuously build positive rapport with clients and colleagues. Henry is adaptable and enjoys challenges. He relishes in providing domiciliary work for elderly and vulnerable clients, and finds assisting them very rewarding.
Shaun Richardson
Shaun joined the team in 2021 after working for 12 years in complex health care in the community. Shaun brings a wealth of experience from all aspects of health care to his work in order to provide the highest quality of individualised care to every patient. Shaun offers ear wax removal treatments to patients across a number of sites including, Chard, Poundbury (Dorchester), Wincanton, and Yeovil.
Gillian Curley
After managing a Care Company for many years Gillian was offered the opportunity to work at Imperial Hearing 2 years ago. Gillian successfully completed the company training program for Ear Wax Removal. Gillian now runs the Ear Wax Removal clinic in our Poole Centre on Mondays and Tuesdays and the Verwood Centre on Wednesdays.
