Do I need to pay the deposit?

Yes, once this payment has been made, your time slot is secured and you’re able to turn up as arranged for your appointment.

Where’s my booking confirmation email?

This may have gone into your Junk folder. Please check there if it has not arrived in your inbox. Once the payment is made you’ll also receive a receipt for this payment on email.

That happens at the appointment?

On the day of your appointment, your wax technician will assess each ear and discuss your options for the most effective method of removal.

Please do use olive oil spray (Earol) or drops, if possible, for two or three days prior to your appointment.

If the booking is for a child (under the age of 18) please call 01242 524711 to confirm the booking to ensure we have the necessary provision in place.
